Dear Parents,
We are excited to announce that we will be starting our annual Pumpkin Run Fundraiser on Friday, October 14th. The last day to make a donation will be Monday, October 31st. Last year our amazing families raised almost $16,000! Our goal this year is to raise $18,000. The run will be on Thursday, October 27th and the money will be used to continue supporting our literacy programs like the World Series of Reading.
We are excited to streamline our fundraiser by going online with 99Pledges. You will now be able to reach out to friends and family by email, Facebook, and Twitter, instead of going door-to-door, tracking commitments, and handling checks. To add your child as a participant, please follow these 3 easy steps:

Enter your child’s name, enter your email(s), and select the team (teachers name) your child belongs to.
Click “Add” > this will take you to your newly created pledge page!
All you have to do is make a donation for whatever amount you can, and share your child’s pledge page link with friends and family. We are shooting for 100% participation so no amount is too small.
As an incentive, we have several prizes for certain dollar amounts earned. Please see the list on the following page. If our goal of $18,000 has been met, Mrs. Keith and Mrs. Rodrigues will get slimed!
The Pumpkin Run is a competitive race.* First, second, and third place for boys and girls in each grade level will receive a pumpkin and a Halloween dog-tag. Not only will we participate in the physical competition of racing, but we are challenging each class to raise $1000. Each class that raises this amount will be treated to a pizza party.
*Race times are as follows: Grade 5 at 7:00am (2 laps), Grade 4 at 7:05am (2 laps), Grade 3 at 7:10am (2laps), Grade 2 at 7:20am (1 lap), Grade 1 at 7:30am (1 lap), Kinder and Pre K at 7:40 (1 lap).

$10 - Surprise Item
$25 - Squishy
$50 - Popsicle/ Recess Party
$100 - Mrs.Keith and Mrs.Rodrigues host a PE class
$250-$499 - Entered into a drawing for $50 gift card
$500 and above - Entered into a drawing for $100 gift card
Top earning student - $100 gift card
Top earning class Prek-2 - Receive a pizza party
Top earning class 3-5 - Receive a pizza party
If the school goal of $18,000 is reached Mrs. Keith and Mrs. Rodrigues will get slimed!
