Please remember to fill out both the Hybrid Cohort Questionnaire which will close on November 20th and CCSD Annual Districtwide Survey for Parents which will close on December 18th. The Hybrid Cohort Questionnaire is important because those students not included in the response will automatically get placed in the Cohort for full time distance learning.
